The Beginning and the End!
This unit is very different from any previous preamps and overdrives: it’s built entirely around op amps and features two distinct distortion circuits (Alpha and Omega) that you can select or blend with the Mod control. That cool control, together with the toggle switches and the 3-band equalizer, makes the Alpha · Omega the most flexible of Darkglass' designs.
Maximum Tonal Versatility - Uncompromisingly Analog
Darkglass is known for specialization at the highest level. With the Alpha · Omega you can dial in countless distortion flavors and shape your individual tone with surgical precision. In the studio you’ll benefit from its enormous flexibility; live, the pedal shines with an immediate, powerful sonic presence. The DI output and the array of controls open up a wide range of applications.
