Visually and Sonically a Unique Addition to Any Cymbal Setup!
The Pure Alloy Custom cymbals feature a special Smoked-Bronze top and a brilliant-polished bottom. They deliver a bright, cutting tone and a shimmering response. This professional-sounding set provides the essential cymbal components to build an expanded setup.
What Makes the Pure Alloy Custom Series Special?
Meinl received numerous requests for thinner models in the Pure Alloy series. After testing various options, the Pure Alloy Custom series includes thinner cymbals in the medium-thin range. They produce a softer attack with a warm core character and decay quickly, while still retaining the clear tone and sustain known from the Pure Alloy line. To set the cymbals apart, they are finished with a top called Custom Smoked-Bronze and a brilliant-polished bottom.
