Ready For Every Situation!
Custom-fit and packed with practical details, the Weather Protective Covers provide optimal protection against moisture and water while also serving as a sturdy transport protection for all LINEAR 5 MK II mid/high units and subwoofers.
Behind the front flap a waterproof acoustic mesh protects the speaker front and the drivers without affecting the sound of the systems. Depending on the model, the front flap can be easily and securely fastened to the side of the speaker with a hook-and-loop fastener or rolled up at the top, without interfering during stacking, clustering or cardioid setups.
On the rear, sturdy transparent viewing windows keep water away from the electronics while ensuring the settings remain readable at all times and providing access to the controls as well as a cable inlet.
The handles remain usable thanks to closable openings or slits. For the mid/high units 115 XA, 112 FA and 115 FA, the tilt brackets can therefore be installed even with the Weather Protective Cover in place. The subwoofer covers offer a closable access to the thread for the spacer rods. The cut-out is kept as small as possible and can be easily sealed if required. Adequate cooling of the electronics is ensured at all times.
The sound never stops, come rain, come sunshine!
