The devices easily run for 5 hours on AA batteries (yes from Rewe or Duracell). However, I operate the devices on the mixing console using the USB cable supplied via a power bank. This makes a premature crash virtually impossible.
The transmission is latency- and noise-free and meets my expectations of a proper stage sound.
It's a shame that Alto Stealth doesn't also offer devices that I can use with my ambient omnidirectional microphone (requires 48V phantom power). I'll probably have to resort to the much more expensive branded devices that are available for this purpose.
