My first impression of the bag was very positive. I use it for my old Alesis QS8.2 synth and it fits perfectly. The side pockets offer space for many accessories and the wheels and handles seem stable. There is one star deduction for the padding inside. This is sufficient for my circumstances, but as 'Generous', as stated in the description, I would not really call it now.
For the price, however, it is a great bag for musicians who need to transport their keyboards / synths often times. Especially the wheels are for heavy devices (my synth weighs more than 20kg) a must.

I am very satisfied. Service on the phone super, friendly competent. Delivery was very fast and then it was there: The bag is stable and well padded. Pockets to store me well enough (pedal, power supply, note tender) and the rollers are hard and also stable. Unfortunately, already on the second day a rivet of the Stenders(?) next to the rollers, on which you should probably be able to put the piano vertically, has loosened. The stand / plastic block hangs firmly in the fabric but is noticeable and visible (wobbles) more unstable; the rivet loosens 3 cm to the outside.

The rivet should not cloud my judgment. Stable, clever part for a decent price. As a teacher I give there ne 2.
