The compact powerhouse packs the full DSP muscle of the flagship GT-1000 and combines top-tier sound quality, modern AIRD technology, 24 simultaneous effect blocks and more than 140 unique amplifier and effect types for limitless creative expression. The GT-1000CORE fits into any pedalboard setup and can serve as a standalone processor for live and studio use. With flexible ins and outs and broad support for external control options, the stompbox becomes the hub of any rig.

Booster for Your Pedalboard

The GT-1000CORE turns any pedalboard—regardless of size—into a creative control center. Switch between Memory and Manual modes to recall presets or toggle effects on and off. Its mono or stereo inputs/outputs let you chain additional effects with ease. The two send/return jacks also enable integrating external effects, using the four-cable method, or sending separate audio feeds to a PA or a recording device. Use external footswitches and expression pedals for even more control, and switch your amp channels remotely. Via the space-saving TRS-format MIDI in/out you can control other MIDI devices in your rig and receive MIDI commands.

The Control Center

The GT-1000CORE is a comprehensive tone-processing solution in an extremely compact chassis that's easy to travel with and ready for any professional live or studio situation without extra pedals. Each patch gives you access to 24 simultaneous effects and two amplifiers. The 250 user patches offer plenty of room for your own sound creations. Thanks to the impressive DSP processor you can always access full power for all effects and never worry about processor capacity while crafting tones.

The Heart of Your Home Studio

The GT-1000CORE is the perfect partner for playing or recording at home. As a multi-channel USB audio/MIDI interface it enables flexible DAW productions and efficient re-amping. In recording mode you can choose from a variety of built-in speaker and microphone types. You can also import up to 16 of your favorite speaker impulse responses in WAV format. The built-in looper is a great tool for practicing, sound design and developing ideas. You can quickly and easily edit your sounds on a Mac or Windows computer via the intuitive BOSS Tone Studio interface.

From coveted vintage combos to modern high-gain heads, a wide variety of amplifiers is available. There's also a huge range of effects, including BOSS classics, retro pedals, MDP effects and modern algorithms from the BOSS 500 series. The intuitive interface lets you create multiple serial and parallel routings quickly and easily. And thanks to the clever stompbox function, commonly used amp and effect settings can be adjusted across multiple patches.

First-Class Bass Processor

The GT-1000CORE is a powerful bass processor in a compact format. For shaping your core tone it offers three AIRD bass preamps, while eight different overdrive/distortion effects handle additional tone shaping. In addition to an MDP bass compressor, the GT-1000 also includes chorus, flanger, touch-wah and many other effect types—specifically tuned for use with your bass. With the GT-1000CORE's versatile effects and output options, you can send optimized sounds to a stage amplifier or mixing console—or both simultaneously.
