Outlowd by Ed Sheeran - designed for real musicians

The Outlowd ES series was born from a collaboration between Orange Amplification and Ed Sheeran. Inspired by the experiences of the British singer-songwriter, whose musical career began with performances in small venues and busking, the amplifier series was designed specifically to meet the needs of creative musicians. The Orange Outlowd ES60 combines this philosophy with a powerful, portable amplification solution. Ed Sheeran's personal experience and requirements informed the development of its features and controls. The result is a versatile signature amplifier that makes it easy to share your music anywhere - from impromptu street performances to professional acoustic sessions. The ES60 is made not only for Ed Sheeran fans, but for all musicians who value authentic sound, portability and thoughtfully designed features.

60 watts RMS and an 8" Voice of the World speaker

The Orange Outlowd ES60 Ed Sheeran delivers 60 watts RMS of output power and features a specially tuned 8" Voice of the World speaker. Its powerful solid-state amplification ensures clear, dynamic reproduction of acoustic instruments and vocals. Thanks to its generous power reserves, the sound remains pleasantly defined and natural, even at higher volumes. Warm bass, present mids and transparent highs support a balanced sound. This makes the portable acoustic combo an excellent choice for solo artists, singer-songwriters, buskers and smaller live performances.

Two separate channels for acoustic guitar and vocals

The Ed Sheeran signature amp offers two independently adjustable channels for guitar and microphone. The guitar channel was developed based on the Orange Acoustic Pedal and enables particularly nuanced tone shaping. The second channel features a combined XLR/6.35 mm jack input and is suitable for vocal microphones and other compatible instruments. Switchable 48 V phantom power allows you to use compatible condenser microphones. The built-in high-pass filter lets you reduce unwanted low-frequency signal content. This means you can amplify your acoustic guitar and vocals at the same time and shape each signal individually.

Precise tone controls for your personal sound

Both channels feature comprehensive tone controls with bass, middle and treble knobs. The mid frequency can also be adjusted, allowing you to tailor the sound to your instrument, voice and acoustic environment. The guitar channel also has a Q control to adjust the bandwidth of the midrange shaping. This lets you target specific frequency ranges, reduce unwanted resonances or bring out particular tonal characteristics. This flexibility makes the Orange Outlowd ES60 a versatile tool for natural acoustic guitar tones, modern singer-songwriter arrangements and a variety of vocal styles.

Separate reverb effects for guitar and vocals

The Outlowd ES60 offers separately adjustable reverb effects for both channels. The guitar channel's hall reverb adds a spacious, natural character, while the microphone channel features a plate reverb suited to vocals. The effect level can be adjusted independently for each channel. Give your acoustic guitar subtle spatial depth while adding expressive reverb to your voice. These options help create the distinctive, atmospheric sound of modern acoustic live performances.

Up to 12 hours of battery life for mobile performances

True to the musical roots of Ed Sheeran, the Outlowd ES60 is designed for mobile use. Its integrated, rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 12 hours of operation, depending on volume and usage conditions. This makes the signature amp ideal for busking, spontaneous jam sessions and live performances without access to mains power. For longer sessions or stationary use, you can also power the amplifier with the included power supply. This combination of battery and mains operation offers excellent flexibility and makes the ES60 a reliable companion for a wide range of performance situations.

Bluetooth audio and Aux input for backing tracks

Use the built-in Bluetooth function to play music and backing tracks wirelessly from compatible devices. This is especially handy for solo performances, letting you combine acoustic guitar or vocals with prepared musical accompaniment. An additional Aux input lets you connect external audio devices with a cable. The Orange Outlowd ES60 also features a headphone output for focused practice sessions. Prepare new songs, develop your own arrangements or get ready for your next live performance.

Effects loop and XLR output for professional applications

For flexible integration with your musical equipment, the Ed Sheeran signature acoustic amplifier features an effects loop with send and return connections. This lets you add external effects to the signal path and tailor your sound. The balanced XLR line output connects directly to mixing consoles, PA systems or compatible recording equipment. The ES60 can therefore be used as a standalone acoustic combo or as part of a larger sound system. This practical range of connections makes the Orange Outlowd ES60 a versatile solution for live music, rehearsals and recording.

Compact Orange design with matching carrying bag

The Orange Outlowd ES60 Ed Sheeran combines Orange's distinctive amplifier styling with a sturdy, transport-friendly design. Measuring (W x H x D): 35.5 x 28 x 29.5 cm and weighing 7.34 kg, this powerful acoustic combo remains easy to handle. The specially designed carrying bag is included, making it easier to transport to performances, rehearsals and sessions. As part of the official Outlowd by Ed Sheeran signature series, the ES60 brings together musical inspiration, professional amplifier technology and portable freedom. An excellent choice for guitarists and singers who want to combine the spirit of busking with high-quality acoustic sound.
