The engineers at Showlite focused entirely on the advantages of optical magnification when developing the LL-6085D. A 5-diopter lens with a 12.5 cm diameter makes all small details clearly visible and achieves a magnification factor of 2.25 (225%). This helps with checking and performing tricky work, soldering, or gluing tasks and with visual inspection of objects. The magnifier lamp is also a practical aid for seniors, for example when reading small print. A lens protective cover reliably protects the lens from dust and scratches, allowing use as a desk lamp as well.
New Energy Label 2021
Since September 2021, the new energy label also applies to light sources, which now ranges from "A" to "G" without classes like "A+++". The lamp can be mounted directly on tables up to 6.5 cm thick using a screw clamp. For quick positioning of the magnifier lamp, a robust metal handle is attached to the magnifier head.
