regarding the goods and the speedy processing of the order I can not complain. Their shipping info on the HP should be improved m. E. : if the goods are shipped by DPD, the customer can only at the moment of recording the shipment via ONLINE tracking / shipment redirection a possible other Vers. address (here DPD pick-up depot...) dispose. This possibility of redirection only after this recording should be explicitly described on the HP in the shipping information... If in my case not regarding the pick-up depot address entered by me from the outset a mail correspondence would have taken place, I would have waited then probably "longer" for the commodity --
