Playing Flute is the proven flute method by Elisabeth Weinzierl and Edmund Wächter!
The beginner volumes target early starters (from age 7) and teens or adults who benefit from smaller learning steps. Accordingly, junior flutes (without c/c#) can also be used in volumes A and B.
The careful music selection spans all eras and includes not only classical but also folk, pop, and especially jazz (including improvisation). This offers a broad musical experience that, especially with the later volumes, systematically supports building a wide-ranging flute repertoire. The CDs contain exemplary performances and play-along tracks recorded with live instruments.
Piano accompaniment for Book A of the flute method is available SY 2934.
