Practice Better with Better Beats
The Note Mixing function lets you instantly create a variety of beats by varying the levels of five different note values. Faders, buttons, and a large data input wheel provide direct access to parameters. Choose from four click sounds including a counting human voice that tells you your position in the measure. Additionally, the DB-90 offers realistic PCM drum patterns to train your precision and sense of rhythm across various music styles.
Rhythm Coach
Expand your rhythmic skills with the Rhythm Coach. This innovative feature offers four training modes to improve your precision, speed, and endurance. Thanks to the built-in DB-90 microphone, you can use this function with acoustic drums or practice pads, or connect an optional Roland V-Pad to the trigger input. Play and enjoy your progress.

Drummers can use the DB-90 with Roland V-Pads or the internal microphone. Guitarists, bassists, and keyboard players can connect their instruments directly and monitor via optional headphones or the internal speaker—the DB-90’s practice functions work with virtually any instrument. It’s even possible to link the DB-90 via MIDI to a sequencer for more complex accompaniment. This feature is especially useful on stage.
