Versatile Power Solution for Your Pedalboard!
With the Canvas Power USB, your rig can be powered by most USB Power Delivery (PD) power supplies like laptop chargers, high-performance phone chargers, and even USB-PD power banks! The Power USB makes your rig more mobile than ever. Big outdoor festival one weekend and a pub gig the next with only one outlet? With a USB-PD power bank you can have a battery-powered rig in no time!
How It Works:
- The Power USB acts as an adapter between Canvas Power Units (or other power supplies with a 24 V EIAJ input) and the power source or USB battery.
- Place the Power USB in front of your Canvas Power module (5, 8, 15, 22, or HP), and connect it using the supplied EIAJ cable from the Power USB's 24V Thru to the 24V input of your Canvas Power module.
- Your pedals can now be powered via a USB-PD power supply, e.g., a laptop charger (such as a MacBook), a power bank, or an external Canvas 24V power supply! Just use one of the two inputs on the Power USB.
- The Power USB prioritizes the 24V input when a voltage is present, or it uses the USB-PD input if no supply is detected on the 24V input.

The Power USB's included 500 mA variable-voltage output is an easy way to add another output to your rig, or a handy power option for a single pedal on your desk.
The Canvas Power System brings simplicity and modularity to powering your pedalboard. The Power USB's 500 mA variable-voltage output supplies pedals with quiet, isolated, and clean 9 V (or 12/18 V). With the voltage switch set to 12 V it delivers up to 375 mA. In the 18 V setting it delivers up to 250 mA.
Canvas Power is based on modern switching power supply architectures. That means each output is isolated, highly efficient, and heavily filtered to ensure plenty of current with incredibly low noise. Thanks to the super-slim design, Canvas power supplies fit under nearly any pedalboard, and the included universal mounting brackets provide secure attachment when you travel to your next gig.
A status LED indicates how much current is being used and how much remains available for additional effects; another LED above the output jack lights when that output is in use.
Also, a special cable with 2.1 mm barrel plugs has been developed, with a straight plug on one end and a right-angle plug on the other, offering maximum flexibility when installing power supplies in tight spaces. Of course, standard 9V DC cables can also be used.
