Transformer-Balanced 3.5 mm TRS to XLR Adapter!

The RØDE VXLR Pro is a TRS mini-jack to XLR plug adapter for connecting RØDE microphones with a 3.5 mm output to devices with XLR inputs.

Durable full-metal adapter that not only connects VideoMics, HS2, Lavalier GO and RØDELink LAV to XLR microphone inputs, but also delivers a balanced output signal thanks to the built-in transformer. The key advantage of a balanced connection is that you can easily work with long XLR cables (up to 100 m) without risking disruptive interference. Ideal, for example, when you want to use the VideoMicro, VideoMic Pro or VideoMic NTG as a wired boom microphone.

Besides the transformer, the VXLR Pro also features an integrated voltage converter. This allows you to operate models like VideoMicro, VideoMic GO, HS2, Lavalier GO and RØDELink LAV, which require 3-5 volts supply voltage (plug-in power), with phantom power (12 - 48 volts).

The 3.5 mm TRS socket has an external thread to lock microphone connectors with a locking nut. RØDE models HS2 and RØDELink LAV support this. The VXLR Pro package also includes a practical mounting clip.
