Hello, I would like to fulfill a long-cherished desire and learn saxophones; flirt with your saxophone Classic Cantabile Winds AS 450 ES, with the Yamaha 4c mouthpiece. Which reeds would you recommend me as a beginner, strength 2.0 or 2.5 ?

For a beginner, I would rather recommend a lower reed strength (1.0 to 1.5), since your embouchure is not yet trained. With more playing experience you can then increase the reed strength step by step.

There is one, but I would recommend a good strap because the instrument is quite heavy! Neotech straps (https://www.kirstein.de/Blasinstrumente/Zubehoer/Tragegurte/Neotech-Saxophongurt-Soft-Sax-Alt-Tenor.html) are perfect and distribute the weight to 3-4 vertebrae.
