Die Epiphone Emperor Swingster ist eine sehr coole Gitarre, die sich für eine Vielzahl von Genres eignet, darunter Jazz, Blues, Rockabilly, Country und Rock.
Diese Hollowbody-Gitarre hat einen 5-lagigen Ahornkorpus, einen Mahagoni-Hals mit komfortablem und schnell spielbarem SlimTaper-Profil, ein Griffbrett aus indischer Lorbeer mit Blockeinlagen, Perlmutt-Epiphone- und Tree of Life-Einlagen auf der großen Clipped Dove Wing-Kopfplatte, Grover Rotomatic-Stimmmechaniken und zwei Epiphone SwingBucker-Tonabnehmer, jeder mit einem eigenen Lautstärke- und Tonregler.
In beide Lautstärkeregler sind Push/Pull-Schalter eingebaut, um die Tonabnehmer in Reihe oder Parallel schalten zu können. Zusammen mit dem 3-Wege-Pickup-Wahlschalter bieten sie eine breite Auswahl an klanglichen Optionen. Die LockTone Tune-O-Matic Bridge ist auf einem gestifteten Holzsockel montiert, damit er sich nicht verschiebt, wenn Du das lizenzierte Bigsby Vibrato mit Wire-Griff verwendest.
