Steve Vais JEM Serie mit ihrem auffälligen "Monkey Grip" und den aufwändigen Inlay-Verzierungen erfreut sich seit Jahren immenser Beliebtheit. Mit der JEM-JR in Weiß bietet Ibanez nun endlich wieder eine erschwingliche Variante der edlen und ausschließlich in Fujigen gefertigten Modelle.

Das Instrument zählt einen Wizard III Ahornhals, Tree of Life Inlays sowie zwei hauseigene Quantum Tonabnehmer zu seiner Ausstattung. Wer also große Abstriche gegenüber ihren großen Schwestern erwartet, wird mit der JEM Junior schnell eines Besseren belehrt!

I am satisfied with the guitar but the price was not the lowest as advertised. However I would recommend it, jsut check the price first.

After the order was placed, delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's "inner" packaging had dents and holes in several places, whereas no defects were apparent in the actual shipping packaging. Now the question is what this guitar had to experience in the manufacturer's packaging before it went into actual shipping to the customer. I could not detect any damage to the guitar, but a bad gut feeling still remains. I hope the bad gut feeling subsides with time, the guitar itself is really good.
