Jackson Signature Sleep Token IV Monarkh SC for Uncompromisingly Low Tunings!

The Jackson Pro Plus Series Signature Sleep Token IV Monarkh SC was purpose-built around IV and Sleep Token's unique musical language. A 30" scale length, the EverTune F6 bridge with custom tension saddles and the factory tuning one full octave down from standard form the technical foundation for massive low registers, defined chords and atmospheric passages. At the same time, the Monarkh single-cut construction blends classic lines with a specification clearly tailored for modern heavy tones.

30" Scale for Sleep Token's Sonic Concept

The decisive difference to a conventional electric guitar is the unusually long 30" scale. It's set up for the full-octave-down tuning and the D'Addario EXL156 Bass-VI string set in gauges .024 to .084. Especially at extreme low tunings, this design supports a controlled string tension and precise response. The EverTune F6 bridge with custom tension saddles complements the concept and is engineered to keep the guitar in tune even under intense playing. In this way the instrument directly follows IV's approach and creates a distinct hybrid between a modern electric guitar and an extended low-end instrument.

Mahogany, Maple and a Glued-In Neck

The mahogany body is paired with a maple top and a quilted maple veneer. A three-piece caramelized maple neck with a glued-in neck-to-body joint and graphite reinforcement completes the package. The Pale-Moon ebony fretboard has a 12"-16" compound radius, changing the radius from the lower to the upper fretboard area. 22 jumbo stainless steel frets and the characteristic Pearloid Tear Drops continue the modern specification. Luminlay side dots also help with orientation on dark stages.

Fishman Fluence for a Huge Tonal Range

Two directly mounted Fishman Fluence Open Core Classic humbuckers handle the pickup duties. Their voicing matches the contrast that defines Sleep Token's sound: transparent, finely resolved cleans on one hand and dense, heavily distorted walls of guitar on the other. The three-way switch selects bridge pickup, both pickups together or the neck pickup. A single volume control keeps operation intentionally streamlined; the push/pull function activates an additional pickup voice. That way the control concept stays clear while the pickups still deliver multiple tonal characters.

IV's Signature Concept Executed Consistently

IV shapes Sleep Token's guitar sound with a mix of heavy, low-tuned riffs, wide-open chords and atmospheric textures. The signature Monarkh translates those demands into a distinct instrument: long scale, very heavy strings, the EverTune system, powerful Fluence humbuckers and a neck and fretboard construction designed for modern techniques all work together. The Jackson 3x3 "Sweetone" headstock and the sealed locking tuners carry the concept consistently through to the hardware.
