The Showlite LDO-10 MKII FS DMX Operator ensures effortless control of LED spotlights on small stages, events or clubs. The compact mixer allows direct and straightforward control of 4 different spotlights or spotlight groups - manually or with footswitch. With the LDO-10 MKII FS, it is possible to adjust individual colors via special color rotary controls with 12 different colors and the respective brightness slider. Solo entertainers, solo musicians and small bands especially benefit from this simple-to-use lighting mixer, as no lighting technician is needed anymore.

Control & Faders

With the DMX control, 12 pre-programmed or custom chase programs can be played automatically or music-controlled. Simply activate the automatic or music control function and the pre-programmed or self-created chase runs automatically or in sync with the music. The overall brightness of the chases can be easily adjusted as desired via a separate master brightness control.

To prevent color transitions from appearing too "choppy," the fade control ensures smooth transitions between color changes. A built-in strobe function with speed control rounds off the features.

Fixture Selector Switch

Thanks to the built-in 6-way DMX fixture selector switch, the Showlite LDO-10 MKII FS can be used not only for Showlite LED DMX spotlights but is compatible with almost all LED DMX spotlights (e.g. Eurolite, ADJ, Cameo or Involight). Simply move the DMX fixture selector switch to the desired spotlight setting, where "R" stands for red, "G" for green, "B" for blue, "D" for dimmer (brightness) and "W" for white. For Showlite spotlights, the DRGB setting is used, for example.

The Showlite LDO-10 MKII FS DMX Operator is pre-programmed for up to 4 DMX LED spotlights. Of course, you can also use 8 or more spotlights and simply divide them into groups of four. This provides an optimal standard solution for medium-sized bands with 4 spotlights on each side.

The new MKII FS version not only features a footswitch connection but is now compatible with significantly more lighting systems, e.g. Showlite LB and Eurolite KLS.

DMX Test / Simple Mode

The four sliders and the strobe/speed rotary control of the controller always additionally send DMX values 0-255 on channels 71 to 75 independently of all other settings (depending on the control position). This allows you to test the response or channel assignment of any DMX device even without its manual. Simply select the start address 71 on the DMX device and then move the four sliders and the strobe/speed rotary control. This mode is also used to control any DMX devices where you want to use five consecutive channels.

Installation is as simple as it is brilliant!

Simply connect the desired spotlights to the Showlite LDO-10 MKII FS controller, assign the appropriate DMX address to each spotlight (1, 17, 33, 49 or in 3-channel mode 1, 4, 7 and 10), switch on the Showlite LDO-10 MKII FS and you're good to go. If the LDO-10 MKII FS is always used in the same location, such as a bar or club house, it is ideal for permanent wall installation. There are two mounting holes on the back for this purpose.

The FS-10 Footswitch Allows Convenient Control of the Most Important Functions of the LDO-10 MKII FS.

Function

The principle is simple: The "Auto" button starts the currently selected chaser on the DMX controller. It doesn't matter whether a user or self-programmed chaser is used. The "Music" button activates the internal microphone of the LDO-10 MKII FS and makes the stage lighting "move" to the rhythm of the music. The "Blackout" button finally switches the light completely off. Each of the three buttons is equipped with an LED, so you know which function is active and can find the switch more easily even on dark stages.

Robust Construction

To keep the switch made of sturdy steel in place, it stands on 4 non-slip rubber feet. And its relatively high weight of 740 g ensures that accidental bumps won't send it flying across the stage. With a Y-cable, you can even operate 2 controllers simultaneously.

Cable

Pronomic stereo cables are especially suitable for professional device connections. The two-wire shielded cables prevent interference and hum noise in balanced connections, e.g. between mixer and power amplifier. They feature high-quality 6.3 mm stereo jack plugs with gold-plated tips. This ensures clean signal transmission combined with optimal corrosion protection.
