Velocity-Sensitive Pads

Like an acoustic drum kit, the digital drums respond to the drummer’s strike intensity. The harder you hit the drum set, the louder the sounds. The special mesh heads are ideal for e-drums and provide an extremely authentic response. Compared to conventional rubber pads, mesh heads deliver an unmatched playing feel and realistic rebound. The trigger signal is optimally transmitted to the sound module, ensuring nuanced, accented play. The XDrum DD-250 offers three tom pads and one snare pad, each 8 inches in diameter.

Module Features

A total of 12 predefined kits give you a quick and meaningful selection of sounds, covering everything from rock/pop to percussion and electronic tones. The metronome helps you lock in your timing, while the built-in songs let your emotions run free. If the onboard songs don’t suit your taste, you can connect your smartphone or tablet to the module via the aux input and play along to your personal mix.

Drum Stool

This stool features a round seat (Ø 28 cm) with leather look and stands on three non-slip rubber feet. The 28 cm diameter seat is padded 4 cm thick, allowing comfortable sitting even for extended periods. The stool can be adjusted unusually low, making it especially suitable for very young drummers.

Comfortable Stereo Headphones

The KDJ-1000 delivers full, balanced sound with rich bass and clear highs. It offers plenty of volume while maintaining clean and precise stereo imaging. Thanks to its low impedance, the KDJ-1000 can handle extreme volume levels even on low-signal inputs. The softly padded, wide headband is length-adjustable. The entire headphone folds up for space-saving storage. For mixing desk work, the comfortable ear cups can rotate 180° for classic single-ear monitoring. The thick, soft padding of the circumaural cups also provides good external noise isolation.

School

The "Beginner" school from drumfreaks.de in the Kirstein edition covers the essential basics of drumming. It starts with proper stick grip and ends with your first real grooves. Detailed videos accompany you on your path to becoming a drummer.
