XDrum singing bowls are crafted with elaborate and painstaking handwork from 7 materials. This alloy consists of the metals copper, zinc, iron, nickel, aluminum, silver, and gold. The exact composition may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. To achieve the final shape and individual sound, the alloy is hammered over a fire into the desired form. It is often heated and cooled up to 30 times during this process.
