Authentic Acoustic Piano Feel and Half-Pedal Control

With an 88-key keyboard, the GHS keyboard (Graded Hammer Standard) reproduces the touch of an acoustic piano — naturally heavier in the low registers and lighter in the high octaves. The GHS keyboard delivers a grand-like touch, enables quick note repetition and authentic expressive control. In addition, a half-pedal function authentically emulates a grand’s damper behavior and provides rich expressive possibilities.

Reproduction of an Acoustic Piano’s Resonance

Damper Resonance reproduces the wide, deep sound field of an acoustic piano. It also reflects the tonal changes that occur when a grand’s sustain pedal is depressed. This includes sounds coming from the keybed and emulates the cumulative resonance that arises when all those sounds blend together.
