A completely redesigned, user-friendly look and the newly shaped key cover make this CASIO cabinet piano the ideal entry-level model. The scaled hammer action with three sensors and 88 weighted keys, coated to emulate the ebony and ivory feel of real grand piano keys, gives the player a playing experience comparable to an acoustic piano.

Tone Colors

The AP-270 offers 22 preset tones, each with a distinct character. Among them are five concert grand piano tones — ranging from modern and dynamic to warm and subtle. The AP-270 also lets you layer two tones so they sound simultaneously or overlapped.

Duet Mode

The duet mode splits the keyboard down the middle so two people can play side-by-side. In this mode the left and right halves share the exact same pitch range, which is perfect for piano lessons. You can even set the AP-270 so that the sound from the left key range is output through the left speaker and the right key range through the right speaker when duet mode is active.

MIDI

You can connect the digital piano to a computer and exchange MIDI data between the two devices. You can send playback data from the piano to music software on your computer, and send MIDI data from the computer to the piano for playback.

This piano bench combines elegant looks with high-quality features such as sturdy legs with non-slip rubber feet, a smooth and precise spindle mechanism for height adjustment, and a durable, comfortable seat covered in velour upholstery. The clever spindle mechanism with a double-scissor system ensures smooth and extremely durable height adjustment. Small details like the rubber stoppers between the base frame and the support frame clearly set this fine bench apart from others in its price range.

Comfortable Stereo Headphones

The KH-238 delivers a full, balanced sound with rich bass and clear highs. It offers plenty of volume while maintaining clean and precise stereo imaging. The soft-padded, wide headband is adjustable in length; the slide provides 12 steps per side for optimal fit. For extra comfort, the ear-cups are mounted on two-axis pivots. The thick, soft padding of the over-ear cups also provides good external noise isolation. The in-cable volume control is always at hand and makes using the headphones with a PC or MP3 player simple. The 3.5 mm stereo jack provides excellent transmission characteristics, and a 6.3 mm stereo adapter (nickel-plated) is included in the scope of delivery.
