Ibanez GRG121SP-BMC Electric Guitar in Blue Metal Chameleon!
A guitar doesn't have to cost a lot to sound great. The GIO series was developed for players who want Ibanez quality in an affordable package. Not only do these instruments look and play better than anything else in their price range, but their rigorous inspection, setup and warranty are the same as on Ibanez's higher-end models.
Classic RG body contours with a roomy tummy cut and a beveled armrest deliver lasting comfort even after long sessions, while the slim Wizard neck in the GRG profile with a flat fretboard allows quick, precise play in all positions.
Two in-house Classic Elite humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions ultimately provide the authoritative tones from rock to modern metal.

In my opinion, the guitar is unbeatable for the price, you could ask for twice as much!
Super workmanship, top string action, beautiful design with a fat sound.
Play it over the Katana! Definitely not only suitable for beginners!

The guitar has a high touch factor and gives a person who has been grabbing guitars for about 45 years and elicits tones from the most diverse models immediately an all-round coherent / quality feeling.
In the 80s-90s you would never have gotten such truly excellent quality for the few flakes.
I have enough picks here, but I am quite sure that I will not regret this "only-so-purchase".
Pickups are no output monsters, but the sound is fully ok. H - S - (S+S) - S - H. In the middle position both as singlecoils parallel, clearly louder, than in the 2nd or 4th switch position as single.
I bent the plus contact of the jack socket a little bit more, so that it bites better into the plug.
That the body is made of mahogany I doubt, however -, seems too light to me. on Amazon also set by Kirstein Okohume is specified.
The neck is at the 12 fret about 24mm, that of my RG450S (Japan) 21,5mmm, but because of that you still get fast enough.
A simple, well-tried concept without trem, visually very appealing without any flaws, at a very fair price, - I am more than satisfied
and I already know that this part will always sit with me on the sofa...
