The Capri-23 is a compact, punchy mini bass with plenty of character. With its poplar body, roasted maple neck and powerful PP Alnico pickup, it is designed for great tone and playability. A padded Ashdown gig bag is included.

Built to play: comfort, control and craftsmanship
A 40 mm poplar body keeps the bass lightweight without sacrificing resonance, paired with a roasted maple neck and fingerboard for stability and a smooth playing feel. The C-shaped neck, matte finish and 350 mm radius offer instant comfort across all 20 frets.
The short 596 mm scale is comfortable - ideal for younger players or long sessions - while stainless steel frets, black dot inlays and a double-action truss rod ensure durability and easy maintenance.
Tone, style and ready-to-play reliability
The PP Alnico pickup delivers a warm, clear and balanced tone for every genre, from indie to funk. With just one volume control and one tone control, it's truly ready to play straight out of the box.
Reliable hardware - a mini bass bridge with brass saddles, chrome-plated controls and die-cast tuning machines - keeps tuning stable and the bass ready to play. Every Capri-23 comes with a padded gig bag.
