Works great, everything as described only unfortunately I did not know that you should pay attention to the frequency such as 440. since the sides were tuned very differently, you do not know as a beginner which pitch is correct.

To tune your e-guitar just plug it directly into the jack input and you're done! It couldn't be easier...

The tuner you can buy here works flawlessly and is easy to use. Since a battery is included, you can immediately start tuning and thus has no further delays.
Since I myself am a beginner, here's a tip for other newbies: The device flashes wildly when the guitar is completely out of tune. For this, either a good ear helps to determine approximately the pitch or another already tuned instrument, such as a keybord. If the tone is very roughly recognizable, the tuner does the rest.

Tried the unit with 3 guitars via the built in microphone. Western guitar, classical guitar and 12 string guitar. The strings struck were quickly detected even on the 12s, the tuning via the 3 LEDs works easily. The sound after tuning is great! And even with my old Eco Ranger 12, on which I am previously almost despaired!

Tested the tuner with the built-in microphone.
The sides and tones were detected cleanly.
Guitar was already tuned. Therefore, green LED everywhere + display of the correct side.
By adjusting the pitch then the red LEDs lit up, indicating that
the guitar is out of tune. Then tuned again correctly so that the green LED lit up.

Conclusion: The tuner works 100%

It is small, needs little power (2x AAA batteries) and fulfills its purpose.
Therefore 5* stars.

Here only in the lower or upper range and the correct position in the middle is displayed.
But whether it is the right string tone on the acoustic guitar you do not know.
I have ordered from Kirstein another to clamp, which shows the strings, which is much better for beginners and works totally well.
But please remember that today the German "H" side (so the second side from the bottom) on each tuner sounds internationally as "B" side.
