The amplifier is basically okay, but it has no power switch. This means that you always have to pull out the small plug of the power supply on the back to switch off. Everyone can imagine how long the socket will last. Alternatively, you can of course pull out the mains plug of the power supply unit, but this will then cause a tremendous pop in the connected loudspeakers! That is not possible !!! Furthermore, the volume control of this small amplifier makes a lot of noise when you turn it, so that even the loudspeaker membranes make a strong stroke... Of course that's not possible either. Conclusion: a good small amplifier with quite decent performance, but with weaknesses in handling! There should be a power switch and the noise of the volume control should be revised. Therefore only 2 stars !

Compact size, easy to use and great output. I would only suggest a switch that acts upstream of the transformer, if possible. so as not to keep it under voltage when not in use. In any case a totally favorable judgment!

This very small amplifier delivers quality sound for a very modest price.
The separate bass and treble control is efficient and allows you to get real bass, and even hyper bass;
The other frequencies, especially the voices, come out with astonishing precision!

I chose this review to help other buyers make a decision.

First, the AMP is a dinky thing that is adequate for my needs. I use it to drive two small speakers that are useful for me as monitor speakers when recording.

However, the little thing has a few quirks.
1. the amp is very sensitive to interferences (e.g. cooling fans of my PC).
2. there is always a little spark when connecting the power supply, which also makes the speakers crack.
3. not every speaker works with this amp. This is not necessarily a fault, but should be noted.
4. there is some background noise, which is not hifi for me.
However, I can live with it just fine.

For the price a very good solution for the desk and medium monitor boxes

For my purpose (TV, two passive boxes) just right. That only one device can be connected is exactly right in this case, it does not need more. Since I have to turn up only about 1/4 is also no hum to hear and space takes the part also not. Great for my use case!

Price and performance are right

This small mini amplifier from Pronomic shines already when unpacking with its solid metal housing. Really solidly made also the connections and the potentiometer for the volume control. The on and off switch is very soft in the circuit but that is not a statement on the lasting reliability, that will prove in the course of time. The sound is in my opinion completely in order and good. The Mini is connected to the computer and the TV via Y-cables (also available from Kirstein). The television receives in connection with the internal loudspeakers a full upgrading by switching on the mini. The conclusion is: The small one of Pronomic is correctly large to other substantially more expensive mini amplifiers and unbeatable for this price. The volume is for me completely sufficient and great on my TV and the monitor boxes in my small home studio. With three years warranty, the purchase is risk-free.
