After a spontaneous cello purchase, we needed a cello case within two days to take the instrument with us overseas as bulky luggage. Despite some search in the Cologne/Bonn area, there was no dealer who had a suitable case in stock. Also online there were hardly goods available at short notice.
Kirstein was our saviour in the emergency, fast and uncomplicated, with friendly and competent advice on the phone. Thursday afternoon ordered, Friday morning was the courier with the suitcase with us in the Rhineland on the mat.
The case itself fulfilled its purpose: check-in in Frankfurt, with one change of plane the cello arrived undamaged at its destination. The case had a few scratches and pressure marks but the cello was intact. The case did an excellent job for us. We will continue to use it to transport the cello locally by car or public transport.

Super cello case,
Looks nice and is practical. I'm always on the road with the bike and also get along well with the cello transport on the bike.
With the delivery everything has also worked supi and the case was there after four days.

The case has a good quality and the cello is sufficiently protected. The only drawback was the unpleasant smell when first opened .... after a few hours of airing it has gone away.

I had to buy the new and second cello case because of my back. I no longer drag the cello up and down a church hill! I am grateful to Musikhaus KIRSTEIN that you also deliver to Switzerland. .
