The piano was delivered on time (3 days after the order), the packaging was intact and the piano well protected. The assembly I found simple and intuitive. The appearance is very pleasant, the sound good, the keyboard reproduces fairly faithfully that of a mechanical piano. The instructions, unfortunately, are only in German and English and for those who, like me, does not know these languages is very difficult to understand the commands, if not using the "trial and error system".
