Good product but....
The sound is unfortunately too loud so when my daughter plays, she puts the headphones on because even when she turns it down to the maximum, the sound remains too loud and that's a pity.
The booklet is only in German and not even in English or French (neighbouring countries).
The delivery was done in 2 times and the delivery man didn't come to our house even though I paid for a home delivery.
The piece of furniture is to be assembled by yourself but it is fragile so it arrived with a shine in an inner corner.
Otherwise good value for money.

The product is good for beginners. The quality, however, is not. Chipped corners on the lower structure. Totally broken headphones. Company written to no response. Would not buy there again.

It is super to play. Very well suited for beginners. We are highly satisfied with our purchase. The Klamg is perfect. Also the price and what we got for it (equipment) is great!

The object is valid but unfortunately the istuzioni and explanations of the notes are in German ......se sell the products in Italy where to find the explanations in Italian .....peccato

Today I received the product ordered, beautiful for heaven's sake, but unfortunately my daughter was disappointed because the keyboard cover arrived broken. I have sent the complaint to the site, now I'm waiting for news about the change of goods. Although it is absurd to send back the entire keyboard for a small piece. we'll see what will happen
