Is our 1st keyboard, so have no comparison possibility, except a fairly old small, which we had from acquaintances to play. Controls are quite clear, after you have looked at the instructions. However, we have not yet understood some details and instructions, especially the learning function. What my daughter misses is the visual representation of the buttons in the display to replay and learn a title. This was available on the old keyboard, for example. There is a headphone jack, but as beginners we didn't realize that the jack is only suitable for certain headphones, which we now have to get. Otherwise, my daughter is thrilled.

First the funkey 54. Total junk. Unplayable. The keyboard is horrible. The 61 is better but it has some horrible speakers. The polyphony max 12 all chemical sound. But it's good for a first practice. If it works. For me, the sounds went out. Then nothing. Too bad I had to send everything back. Rather the casio 3500 has reverb and velocity. Also vlt the yamaha 263 or ypt 240 / 260. Is all more expensive but probably far better. Mfg
