Customer ratings for Calida Benita Concert Guitar Set 7/8 black with accessories

My daughter (10) has been playing guitar for 2.5 years now. The previous 1/2 guitar would now be too small. Since it should be a black guitar with carrying case, the choice fell on this set. The size is just right, sounded perfectly fine and the accessories a great addition!

Super quality for a small price. Even if the tuning was difficult at the beginning, since everything was brand new, that gave itself after a day or two.
Our child is very satisfied and practices and plays every day.

The delivery was without any problems. It is a Christmas gift and I hope I made the right choice.

We are very happy with the instrument. For our daughter as a beginner, it is just right. The customer contact is very friendly and the delivery was very fast. The next guitar we will probably buy again at Kirstein.

As in the headline, the express delivery worked well but unfortunately we received the wrong guitar which we then did not complain about as my daughter needed the guitar the next day.

I won't be able to judge the guitar properly until Christmas. But contact, shipping and payment processing as well as the price were great

It's a beautiful guitar.

I chose this rating because I am very satisfied with everything. The delivery to Switzerland worked well and quickly. The instrument arrived undamaged. And my granddaughter is proud and overjoyed with her first own guitar.
Very good that a well understandable school is also included and all the important tools for the beginning.

It's a pity that the booklet and the cd's are in german so unusable for us.

CD with choice of subtitles in his language would have been nice and also choose the language of the booklet.

The guitar was delivered on time. Unfortunately, the main bridge was defective. He was delivered to me (4 days late). When I had unpacked everything, I found that the new bridge was 4 mm too wide and 2 mm too thick. I then took 2 hours to grind the new bridge to the correct size. The change itself was unproblematic. It took me about 2 hours to do this. Too bad!!

The delivery was fast and good.
The guitar bag was quite dusty and dirty, thanks to wipeable material to clean quickly.
Overall, for the price okay.
