Thoughtful keywork and robust construction

The CF-25 uses the German system and features silver-plated keywork. Eb and Db rollers simplify the movements for the little finger of the left hand, while F and G# rollers support the little finger of the right hand. In total, four plastic rollers are used. Italian pads complete the functional equipment. For additional stability, the socket connections at the bass joint and wing are reinforced with brass rings. This combines comfortable operation with a robust construction designed for regular playing.

Maple body with easy response

The maple body has a high-gloss lacquer in a natural wood look. The instrument is characterized by an easy response and balanced intonation, providing a pleasant playing feel in a variety of musical situations. As a bassoon in C (C-bassoon), the Lechgold CF-25 suits different genres and lineups and offers an interesting combination of classic bassoon construction, solid material choices and comfortable keywork.
