B&S Concert Trumpet - 100 Percent Made in Germany!
All B&S trumpets are fully manufactured in Germany. The body and bell of this rotary valve trumpet are made of gold brass. The instrument features a leadpipe and slides made of corrosion-resistant nickel silver, as well as its wider bell (diameter: 140 mm).
The instrument is equipped with a music holder box and water keys on the main tuning slide and the 3rd valve slide. A trigger is mounted on the 3rd valve slide.
3B Joint System
Unlike conventional piston valve joint designs, the innovative 3B joint system ensures ideal power transmission to the valve via 2 bronze-mounted steel balls per valve, located at the valve casing foot and at the end of the push rod to the wing.
3B stands for "Bronze Ball Bearing." To fully leverage the advantages of this high-quality ball/bearing combination, a spring at the valve casing foot ensures smooth operation and a soft pressure feel similar to string mechanism.
