Together with Peter Laib, Klier expanded its Signature series with mouthpieces for tuba and sousaphone. Laib’s models include a larger, heavier alternative for the tuba and a completely new design for the sousaphone.
His silver-plated Exclusive 3AA P. Laib was optimized in bore and dimensions to keep its dark tonal color and characteristic sound compact across all registers.

About Peter Laib
Born in 1984 in Schnürpflingen near Ulm, Peter Laib is known as a musician (tuba, sousaphone, and alphorn) as well as a composer and lyricist. He studied tuba from 2008 at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich.
Peter Laib is a founding member of the hip hop brass band "Moop Mama," where he plays sousaphone. As a tubist, he performs with "Ernst Hutter and the Egerländer Musikanten - The Original," the "Kleine Egerländer Besetzung - The Original," and the "Obermüller Musikanten." In 2020, he also produced and released his first audio drama "The Ulm Dreamer."
