The M|O ligature combines lightweight design and pressure-free reed guidance of a Vandoren Master ligature with the symmetrical pulling force of a Vandoren Optimum ligature. This construction leads to improved expressiveness and a "crisp" response.
The M|O was developed to perfectly fit the contours of your mouthpiece. Gone are the days when it was complicated to place a ligature cleanly on the mouthpiece rail.
With a specially designed screw, the M|O can be fixed on the mouthpiece with just a few turns, like the Optimum. This often overlooked feature is especially beneficial when quickly changing reeds.
