Stentor Student II

The Stentor Student II violin is recommended by teachers and music schools for its quality and reliability. The violin is made from solid tonewoods in Stentor’s unique workshop environment, with good tone, appealing sound and reliable performance. The fingerboard and tuning pegs are made of high-quality ebony. Additionally, the violin comes with flexible branded strings and a lightweight tailpiece with four fine tuners.

All Stentor instruments feature inlays. The Stentor Student II is the ideal violin for beginners and comes in a lightweight case with dark red fabric cover, sheet music compartment in the lid and reflectors on the outside. Inside the case is an additional accessory pouch and two bow holders.

Tuner with Metronome

This universal device is the perfect companion for virtually any instrument. Not only can almost any instrument be tuned correctly with the contact microphone and wide tuning range, but the built-in metronome also keeps everything in the right tempo. The calibratable tuner offers 5 tuning modes, a tone generator and a jack input with contact microphone. The metronome has a wide tempo range from 30 to 260 beats per minute, 9 time signatures and various rhythm subdivisions.

Music Stand

This music stand features a tripod design for optimal stability. Of course, the legs have solid, non-slip rubber tips. The music rest can be tilted and fixed with a screw. With a depth of approx. 4 cm, this music stand is also excellent for thick sheet music books.

Violin Basics

This book guides you step by step. Everything you need to know to start playing the violin or refresh your skills is explained. With the quick start at the beginning of the book, you can start right away. After just a few minutes, you can play your first simple songs! To help you know how the pieces and exercises from this book sound before playing, they are recorded on the included CD. The music theory you need for violin playing is summarized in the third part of the book, where important terms are explained in detail.
