Moog Minitaur - Monophonic Bass Synthesizer
For over 40 years, the Moog Taurus has been the secret weapon of artists and producers worldwide to create earth-shaking basses.
The Minitaur is the latest member of the Taurus family of analog bass synthesizers. It’s a discreetly compact, subharmonic bass machine that fits seamlessly into any performance or computer-based music workflow. Just like its predecessors, the Minitaur effortlessly delivers one thing above all... wall-shaking analog bass.
The sturdy steel chassis of the Minitaur is deceptively simple – offering immediate access to the essential controls for sound design and performance. This makes the Minitaur extremely fast and easy to use – but beneath the surface lies a vast range of dynamic and inspiring possibilities, instantly accessible from almost any laptop or MIDI controller.
The free Minitaur Editor software unlocks the power and flexibility of the Minitaur by making DAW integration and control completely seamless on both Mac and Windows computers. Load and save up to 128 presets on your Minitaur, choose from 6 different modulation waveforms, enable hard sync, access full ADSR envelopes, sync the LFO via MIDI, reset oscillator waveform cycles, connect it with other Moog synthesizers, and much more. Every function can be tweaked, automated, and recalled instantly.
