However, I must share in my own buying experience here: Since the middle of this summer, I have been on the lookout for the Arturia KeyLab. On 07/01, I had made my first purchase from another online music store where my delivery was rescheduled several times. After being rescheduled three times, I cancelled my purchase and went in search of another music store that would offer this keyboard. At Kirstein, I was assured that an order had been placed and my purchase gave me a reservation for one of the units. Here I was also transferred once again.... But what was the big difference to the other music store: Here they came up to me and informed me how the processing status of the delivery was.
A HUGE PLUS for Kirstein! Extremely professional.
So my only negative point: Arturia didn't seem to handle the Corona pandemic that well. I waited almost half a year for my delivery and the suppliers (music houses) didn't seem to get really trustworthy information about the deliveries. Nevertheless, the quality of the KeyLab stands for itself.
Clear purchase recommendation, one should have patience.
