The aesthetic details recall the early models of the 800 series, featuring a clean, classic look: white plastic binding, three-ring rosette made of green abalone, unengraved large diamond mother-of-pearl fretboard inlays, ebony bridge pins with green abalone dots, glossy lacquered body and neck, tortoiseshell-style pickguard, and Taylor nickel tuners.
