Das neue Perlmutt-Inlay an der Rosette und auf dem Griffbrett verleiht der D-X2E Koa eine edle Note und gleicht somit die Optik dem beeindruckenden Klang an. Hals, Griffbrett und Brücke aus ausgewähltem Hartholz verbessern die Klangübertragung dieses Modells erheblich, zudem ist sie mit Fishman MX-Elektronik ausgestattet und mit Martins Authentic Acoustic Lifespan 2.0 Saiten bespannt. Mit dem neuen, weichen Gigbag mit Kopfplatten-, Steg- und Gurtpinschutz, einer haltbaren wasserabweisenden Außenseite und Schaumstoffpolsterung ist dieses Modell leicht zu transportieren und überall einsetzbar.
