Martin GPC-13E Modern - Versatile Grand Performance Acoustic Guitar!
The GPC-13E Modern combines spruce with a fine koa veneer in a Grand Performance cutaway body for balance, projection and comfort. With its modern styling and versatile tone, it delivers power, clarity and inspiration.
The Martin GPC-13E Modern melds contemporary design with the adaptable Grand Performance cutaway body. This shape blends the curves, comfort and balance of a 000 with the power and presence of a dreadnought, creating a projecting, well-balanced tone with a touch of added low end. It’s a body size for players who need flexibility—comfortable enough for practice and songwriting, yet powerful enough to shine on stage.
A solid spruce top provides clear articulation and headroom, while the fine koa veneer back and sides add shimmering highs, warm mids and a gentle sustain. The arched X-bracing gives responsiveness and clarity and lets the top breathe resonantly whether you’re fingerpicking or strumming. The cutaway allows easy access to the upper frets, making the guitar a natural choice for modern playing styles.
