Although Kawai already supplies the ES-110 with the really good single pedal F-10 H, the piano is only really complete with this bar. Although I still have to learn the correct use of the left and middle pedal, but that will be fine.
The pedals are easier to step on than the F-10 H, but not too easy, like a cheap keyboard pedal. The bar fits snugly and is very easy to attach. Important: Since it does not sit directly on the floor, it is essential to adjust the supporting set screw under the pedals, otherwise the four side mounting screws would be hopelessly overloaded.
There is still one drawback: The cable hangs loosely behind it. Visually not very nice ... I'll get me a self-adhesive thin cable duct, in which I can make the pedal cable and also the power cable disappear. The cable is long enough to run along the side of the undercarriage. The plug is just a crimped, houseless type anyway, with the six individual wires just hanging out of it and literally screaming for strain relief. A cable duct would be a suitable solution.
Overall recommendable. The small optical deficiency can be forgiven if you consider that it is still a stage piano despite the substructure and pedal bar and does not automatically become a stationary piano, for which you would apply somewhat different standards in terms of appearance.
