The Valeton GP-150 is a compact digital multi-effects processor in pedal format that packs modern modeling technology, flexible signal routing and practical controls into a rugged metal housing. Over 200 high-quality effects based on 2nd-generation HD modeling, a 48 kHz sample rate, up to 12 simultaneously usable modules and 200 patch memory slots make this unit a powerful solution for stage, home recording, rehearsal and mobile practice. The over 200 built-in effects cover the usual categories—drive, modulation, delay, reverb, EQ, dynamics and cabinet simulation—and provide a modern foundation for clean, crunch, high-gain and ambient tones.

SnapTone, NAM and IR Loader

The expanded sound architecture with SnapTone technology is especially interesting. The GP-150 supports conversion and import of NAM files and can store up to 100 SnapTone files, 50 of which are curated and included. You can also load up to 20 third-party cabinet IRs, with support for 1,024 and 2,048 sample points. That makes the unit not just a classic multi-effects box but a modern tone platform for players who work with current profiling and IR workflows.

Direct Control and Clear Overview

Despite its compact size, the GP-150 is built for direct operation. Two footswitches, a built-in expression pedal, multiple buttons and knobs, colored footswitch rings, status indicators and the 2.4" HD color display provide fast, clear control right on the unit. Tap tempo, sync functions, a tuner with cent readout and multiple tuning presets support you in daily use, as does the redesigned user interface with intuitive signal flow. That keeps your workflow fast and practical even with complex presets.

The GP-150 is more than an effects unit for guitarists. It also functions as a 6-In/4-Out audio interface for Win, Mac, iOS and Android, making it ready for recording, reamping, content creation and mobile production. Bluetooth enables wireless audio playback, editing and patch management via the app. The 3.5 mm TRRS headset output is especially handy for live streaming and online lessons, since it supports both audio and headset use in one compact setup. The package is rounded out by a drum machine with over 100 patterns, a looper with up to 180 seconds of record time and MIDI control via USB, Bluetooth and 6.35 mm TRS.
