The Eris Studio 8 delivers up to 106 dB of crystal-clear, transparent sound with its 8-inch woven-composite woofer and 1.25-inch silk-dome tweeter, driven by a 140-watt Class AB bi-amp. The ported cabinet provides deep, tight bass while an EBM waveguide offers a wide, controlled sweet spot and detailed high-frequency reproduction. The Eris Studio 8 was designed for outstanding performance in both home studios and small professional control rooms, combining flexible connectivity with sonic precision that sets it apart.
Detailed Sound
The specially engineered EBM waveguide (Elliptical Boundary Modeling) delivers outstanding high-frequency dispersion and a wide 120-degree horizontal coverage to create a broad sweet spot. The narrow vertical dispersion reduces desk reflections, and the silk-dome tweeter provides precise, dynamic reproduction. An elegant new cabinet design enhances the waveguide performance so you can hear even the finest details in your mix.
The woven-composite woofer provides the tight, clear, punchy bass typical of Eris. The rear-ported cabinet and 140 W bi-amping power maximize bass output, allowing the Eris Studio 8 to reach an impressive 35 Hz — without a subwoofer.
Isolation Pads
The Pronomic ISO stand isolation pads are ideal for placing under studio and nearfield monitors. The foam reduces unwanted resonances and vibrations, noticeably improving your speakers' sonic character. Pronomic's angled wedges not only reduce structure-borne noise transfer but, thanks to their two-component design, also allow you to position monitors at five different tilt angles to optimally align them with the listening position.
