The Alpha 80 Evo is the reference monitor of the series and is especially recommended for professionals who demand high sound pressure levels and a powerful subwoofer extension.
This monitor features a 25 mm (1") aluminum tweeter with an inverted dome and a Slatefiber diaphragm manufactured in France by Focal. Its large-flare bass-reflex port minimizes external disturbances, and its dual amplification delivers a frequency response of 38 Hz to 22 kHz (+/- 3 dB).
The Alpha 80 Evo stands out for its excellent dynamics, a stable and highly neutral tonal balance, and a wide range of features (wall-mount inserts, automatic standby...). The bass-reflex design also helps achieve optimal acoustic integration in any studio.
Alpha Evo monitors use a 15 mm-thick MDF cabinet with internal bracing to ensure high enclosure stiffness even at the highest sound pressure levels.
Absorber Plates
The Pronomic ISO stand absorber plates are ideal for placing under studio and nearfield monitors. The foam reduces unwanted resonances and vibrations, improving your speakers' tonal performance. Pronomic wedges optimize sound not only by lowering the transfer of structure-borne noise but also through their two-component design. This construction allows you to position studio monitors at five different tilt angles to perfectly align them with the listening position.
