Intuitive Control and Visual Feedback
The large 10.1" multitouch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels is tiltable and supports multi-gesture control. It's complemented by 16 touch-sensitive Q-Link encoders with individual OLED displays that provide clear feedback on parameters like filters, effects, sends or automation. Dedicated function buttons give direct access without menu diving.
Expressive Performance with MPCe Pads
The 16 MPCe pads with 3D sensing respond not only to velocity and pressure but—thanks to four zones per pad—also enable X/Y modulation. That opens new creative possibilities for sound morphing, layering and expressive live performances. This is complemented by a freely assignable touch strip for effects, note repeats or modulations.
Professional Connectivity for Any Studio
The MPC XL is designed as the central heart of your studio. Two XLR/TRS combo inputs with mic preamps and phantom power, dedicated instrument inputs, phono inputs, eight balanced line outputs, multiple headphone outputs and extensive MIDI and CV/Gate connections allow full integration of synthesizers, drum machines, modular systems and external outboard.
Generous Storage and Ready to Go
An internal 256 GB NVMe SSD provides plenty of space for projects, samples and instruments. A SATA expansion bay is also available. The MPC XL ships with a comprehensive sound and plugin library and is ready to use right out of the box—no computer required.
