\r\nThe dbx DriveRack PA2 is a powerful speaker management system compressed into an easy-to-operate, fast 19\" rack unit. Two key features set the dbx DriveRack PA2 apart: the Wizard function, which guides the user step-by-step through the configuration in logical order, and the preconfigured setups. For example, setups for JBL speakers and Crown amplifiers come with all critical parameters—such as EQ, level and dynamics adjustments—already set. This saves the user a large portion of the setup time.
\r\nFurthermore, the dbx DriveRack PA Plus features an Auto-EQ with a built-in real-time analyzer and the parametric 8-band EQ for automatic speaker/room tuning. The input for the measurement microphone (with phantom power) and a pink-noise generator enable precise room calibration.
\r\nAnother major feature of the dbx DriveRack PA2 is the integrated feedback suppression. Unwanted tonal changes when applying multiple filters are prevented by the extremely narrow 1/80-octave notch filters.
\r\nThe control software for Mac, Windows, Android and iOS, a 31-band stereo graphic equalizer, the parametric 8-band EQs, the classic dbx compressor, crossover, PeakStop limiter and subharmonic synthesizer optimize the dbx DriveRack PA2's capabilities. Despite this extensive technical feature set, all parameters can be edited quickly and safely using the graphical user interface and controlled remotely via software.
\r\nThe 24-bit DA and 24-bit Type IV AD converters also provide a generous dynamic range of 110 dB.
