The AI-1’s single input jack is a Neutrik combo socket that accepts both a 3-pin XLR plug (found on most microphones) and a 6.3 mm jack plug (used for most electric instruments like guitars, keyboards, etc.). Layering tracks is as easy as plugging in, adjusting volume, and hitting record.

The AI-1 not only sends crystal-clear audio signals to your computer software, but the headphone sound is unmatched—thanks to the studio-quality headphone output and level control. Plus, there are speaker output jacks where you can connect monitor speakers if you use them.
Professional Headphones Included
The KH-238 delivers a full, balanced sound with rich bass and clear highs. It offers plenty of volume yet clean and precise stereo imaging. Naturally, the softly padded, wide headband is length-adjustable. The extension offers 12 steps on each side for perfect fit. For extra comfort, the ear cups are mounted on two-axis pivots. The thick, soft padding of the circumaural cups also provides good external noise isolation.
