Zoom LiveTrak L-20 - More Board, More Music!

The LiveTrak L-12 already marked an important milestone for musicians with its powerful, incredibly easy-to-use features. The new L-20 expands that feature set even further and includes hardware upgrades aimed at creators with larger, bolder setups and arrangements.

The L-20 offers 20 discrete audio channels with 16 mono mic/line inputs and two stereo inputs, and allows recording of 22 tracks (20 channels plus a stereo mix) of pristine audio at resolutions up to 24-bit/96 kHz to the internal SD card and/or simultaneously via USB to a connected PC/MAC. With -128 dBu EIN and +60 dB maximum input gain, the L-20 is equipped with our quietest, most advanced preamps.

The L-20 also provides six independent monitor outputs for musicians, and each output - switchable between a powerful headphone output and a balanced line-out - can have its own custom mix. With two built-in effect engines, the L-20 now offers two individual EFX sends per channel. The L-20 also includes wireless mixing control via a free iOS app that lets you operate most onboard functions.

The LiveTrak L-20 was designed to mix better. It features 20 inputs (16 mono mic/line inputs and two stereo inputs), all with independent 3-band mid-parameter EQ. The 16 mono inputs include dedicated compressor control.

Record directly to an SD card on 20 discrete channels plus a stereo mix. The LiveTrak L-20 captures flawless audio at resolutions up to 24-bit/96 kHz.

Everything Under Control

The LiveTrak L-20 has a dedicated 7th output for the FOH engineer. The engineer can monitor the main mix and all submixes and tailor them to the musicians' satisfaction.

A Beautiful, New Interface

Although the LiveTrak L-20 is designed as a standalone recorder and mixer, it can also be used as a 22-in/4-out USB audio interface. In audio interface mode you can route the inputs to any DAW or streaming software, even while recording to an SD card. You can also route audio from your computer into the L-20 to mix with your live performance. Class-compliant mode, which enables connection to iOS devices, is also supported.

Wireless Mixing

The LiveTrak L-20 offers wireless control via a free iOS app with most onboard functions, including fader levels and modes, scenes, EQ, EFX sends and returns, parameters, and more. You can manage your effects and scenes libraries directly from your device. Control everything in a large monitor-out view with a mini transport, or use a mini monitor-out view with expanded transport controls.
