Powerful Speaker

The C-118SA features an 18" speaker driven by a 3" voice coil. Combined with the 800 Watt (RMS) amplifier, it achieves a maximum volume of 126 dB.

Smart Technology

The subwoofer has two combo-format line inputs, and two XLR outputs for signal pass-through. All key settings can be intuitively adjusted using the rotary control and display. The front LED optionally indicates power on (blue) or internal limiter activation (red). Alternatively, the LED can be completely switched off.

DSP Presets and Additional Settings

Four sound presets are included for different applications:

• Live: Very linear with very low cutoff frequency
• Music: Slight bass boost at 50 Hz
• DJ: Stronger bass boost at 50 Hz
• C-Series: Tuned filters for the Pronomic C-Series speakers

To achieve the best sound results, the subwoofer’s crossover frequency can be adjusted to match the tweeters used. Polarity and a delay of up to 16 ms are also adjustable.

Robust Enclosure

The sturdy 15 mm MDF panels are coated with a durable textured lacquer. Large handles are located on both sides. As expected in professional use, the speaker flange for possible satellite speakers features an M20 thread.
